1. Always drink plenty of water. Water is very important when it comes to weight loss, and must be part of your dieting program. Fibre is very low in calories, and there are many types of fibre foods you can introduce into your fast weight loss solution diet. For example, chickpeas, potatoes, strawberries, apples, and figs.

4. Consume more 'good fats' These good fats can be found in all oily fish. For example salmon, mackral and sardines. The good fats are called 'essential fatty acids' which Im sure you have heard of. These fatty acids are known as linoleic and linolenic acids.

5. Add more quality lean protein to your diet. Try to add more protein and cut down on the amount of carbs you intake. Protein will help to keep you feeling full for longer, and aid you in your weight loss exercise by building stronger muscles which will burn more fat. Some good protein choices are skimmed milk, egg whites, fish and shrimps.
